To all ER’s and Secretary’s,
It’s time for the Annual Lodge Website Award Contest!
Time to dust-off your Lodge website, make any updates and improvements, and then submit it for the Annual Lodge Website Award Contest. All website entries are submitted to the FSEA which will then submit the state winning free-standing website to the Grand Lodge for national judging.
Each website for the state and Grand Lodge contests will be judged on the following criteria:
• Lodge Promotion
• Social media integration
Websites will fall into two categories: (1) Independent free-standing websites or (2) Grand Lodge Virtual websites. Judging will be done by FSEA’s Director of Marketing and Webmaster, Greg Weis, and Director of Information Technology, Steve Harmon.
State Contest Entry Important Dates:
• Lodges to submit website entry by September 15, 2017
• Judging to be completed by September 25, 2017
• The winning websites (both categories) will be announced September 30, 2017
The winning free-standing website will be submitted to the Grand Lodge on September 30, 2017 for the national competition.
If your Lodge is interested in competing, please send an email to Greg Weis at firstname.lastname@example.org by September 15, 2017 and include the following information:
• Lodge name and Lodge number
• Contact person name and phone number
• Website address
