You must contact the participating lodge to obtain the necessary details for completing the summer camp application.

INFORMATION
The Florida Ladies of Elks is pleased to announce its first ladies retreat. It will be held at the Florida Elks Youth Camp, Friday September 8, 2023 - Sunday, September 10, 2023. Check-in at the Smith Conference Center will be on Friday afternoon; check-out will be Sunday morning. Ladies organization members, Lady Elks, wives, and widows of Elks are invited to this event.
The Smith Conference Center will be the venue for activities, lodging and meals. If the Smith Conference Center’s lodging rooms become full, additional lodging will be available in the executive cabins.
COST OF EVENT= Lodging plus $80 for meals/entertaiment
Smith Conference Center and executive cabins: $100 per night, single or double occupancy. The Smith Conference Center has thirty-two rooms (eight with king beds and twenty-four rooms with two double beds, doubles great for sharing). There are also fifteen executive cabins if needed (nine with king beds, six with two queen beds, queens also great for sharing). If there are ladies willing to share a room for the weekend, each lady would just pay $50.00 per night.
The campground will be open to RVs -$25 per night (water and electric at each RV site, dump station on the property).
There will be five meals served during the weekend.

The Friday and Saturday evening menus are part of the on-line registration for you to see.
Bring your own adult beverages and mixers.
WEEKEND ACTIVITIES:
The weekend will offer breakout sessions with a variety of activities offered on Saturday.
Activities planned at this time include card games and making handmade cards. Please bring your favorite game or card games to play with others.
A licensed massage therapist will be on-site all-day Saturday for table or chair massages. Cost is $1.00/minute. The sign up will be at the time of check in Friday afternoon. Payment for the massage will be directly to the massage therapist. There will be just so many slots available on the appointment roster for Saturday, first come, first served. If you are interested in having a massage, please indicate YES when registering for the weekend retreat.
We welcome ideas for breakout sessions and activities, so please contact one of us with your ideas.

In addition to the Bunco game, wearing hats for Friday evening dinner and viewing a movie together have been suggested.
Swim, relax, make new friends, or just enjoy the fresh open air of the camp with other ladies from Elk lodges across the state.
After expenses, proceeds will go the youth camp.
