Overview
A statewide initiative to equip every Florida Elks Lodge with at least one Automated External Defibrillator (AED) and ensure members are trained and ready to use it β by March 31, 2026.

Why This Matters
- Sudden cardiac arrest is a leading cause of death in the U.S.
- Over 356,000 cardiac arrests occur outside hospitals each year.
- Survival drops 7β10% every minute without CPR or defibrillation.
- Early CPR and AED use can raise survival rates to as high as 70%.
βTime is muscle. Time is brain.β When every second counts, readiness saves lives.
