Florida Elks,
I am looking forward to seeing everyone at the upcoming Florida State Elks Association Midyear Convention November 13-15 at the beautiful Rosen Centre located at 9840 International Drive, Orlando, FL 32819. The agenda for all meetings may be found in the quick links on the left. Dress for all activities is business. Gentlemen are urged to wear jackets, tie optional.
Pre-registration is now closed. If you are pre-registered, a name badge will be prepared for you, and it will be available to pick up at the FSEA registration table located at Registration Desk 1. On-site registration will be available. Check the agenda for the hours of operation for registration.
A couple of notes about the Rosen Centre:
- Check-in time is 3:00 p.m.Check-out is 11:00 a.m.
- Pets are not allowed. Service animals are always allowed.
- Overnight Guests Only:
- Self-parking is complimentary for all overnight guests. Provide your reservation info at the security gate and ask for the appropriate code.
- Do NOT use the “Day-Trip Code” on the left as that will charge you for parking.
- Day-Trip Guests Only:
- Self-parking is discounted 50% to $14/day for all day-trip guests.

- Complimentary Wi-Fiservice is available in the common areas and guest rooms. It will not be provided for the meeting spaces.

Highlight events, other than our board meetings, include:
- Our special guest, Grand Lodge Marketing & Membership Director Rick Gathan, will be presenting on membership Friday morning at 10:00 a.m.
- The Major Projects Meeting—required attendance by Lodge Offices for the FSEA Matching Grants—will be Friday afternoon at 1:30 p.m.
- The Midyear General Business Session—also required attendance for FSEA Matching Grants—will be held on Saturday starting at 9:00 a.m. It is scheduled to conclude at 10:30 a.m. This should give everyone time to return to their rooms prior to checking-out.
