Event Overview
The Florida Ladies of Elks are hosting their 5th Annual Ladies Weekend at the Florida Elks Youth Camp, Smith Conference Center in Umatilla, FL.
Who Is Invited?
Members of Ladies Organizations, Lady Elks, wives of Elks, and widows of Elks are all invited to attend. If the Smith Center lodging rooms become full, additional lodging will be available in the Executive Cabins.
Event Schedule
- Check-in at the Smith Conference Center begins on Friday at 2:00 PM.
- Check-out is Sunday morning by 10:00 AM.
- Guests wishing to arrive on Thursday afternoon will incur an additional nightly room charge.
- No meals will be provided on Thursday; dinner will be on your own.
- A trip to the Eustis Lodge is planned for Thursday night for dinner and trivia.
Lodging Options and Rates
- Smith Center Rooms: $110 /night, double occupancy for 2 Queen beds or 1 King bed.
- Executive Cabins $110 night, double occupancy for 2 Queen beds. Cabins can sleep four (4)
- RV Sites: $25 night. Includes water, electricity, and a site dump station on property.
Meal Costs
- $90 pp Meals include Friday dinner, Saturday breakfast, lunch and dinner, and Sunday continental breakfast.
- Please bring your own adult beverages, mixers, and snacks to share.
Activities and Registration
There will be a variety of activities, including music, massages, hula hoop lessons, puzzles, games, painting and a Sound Healing Experience.
Make sure to register for activities before arriving, as times and slots fill up quickly. Payment for massages and the Sound Healing Experience can be made at the camp.
