I hereby apply for permission to participate in the FSEA Flag Charge Competition to be held during the Florida Elks State Convention at the Rosen Centre Hotel located at 9840 International Drive, Orlando, Fl 32819 on Friday May 23, 2025.


I agree to compete under the latest “Rules and Regulations” of the Ritualistic Manual issued by the Ritualistic Committee of Grand Lodge and acknowledge having received a copy thereof.

FLORIDA WILL FOLLOW THE GRAND LODGE RULES FOR THE FLAG CHARGE CONTEST.

AS A REMINDER, YOU MUST BE A MEMBER IN GOOD STANDING DURING THE 2024/25 YEAR TO BE ABLE TO REPRESENT FLORIDA AT GRAND LODGE. ANYONE IN GOOD STANDING IS ELIGIBLE TO COMPETE.
