Cancellation Policy – Hotel Reservations and Event Tickets
Rosen Centre - All guest room reservations were made by you directly with the Rosen Centre and must therefore be cancelled by you directly with the Rosen Centre.
The Rosen Centre Cancellation Policy is: Cancellation required by 4pm at least 5 days prior to arrival to avoid a charge of one night's room and tax. Florida Elks - No refunds will be issued for event tickets purchased (Friday Luncheon Sponsored by FLOE or Saturday Awards & Major Projects Luncheon) unless made through Carl Seibert carl@floridaelks.org on or before 5:00 p.m. on Monday, May 20, 2024.
