Description of Each (Type, Location, Resolution): | 7/26/2025, 7:45 PM Volunteer in the kitchen cut his fingertip while cutting meat. He walked on his own to the fire department next door and they said it was minor and said to just bandage it and let it heal. His finger has healed and no issue. 7/26/2025, 9:10 PM Volunteer was taking trash to dumpster and stumbled, falling head first to the gravel parking lot. Abrasions to his head and arm. First aid was administered onsite and his wife took him to the emergency room for attention. He has recovered fully. 7/26/2025, 10 PM Visitor to Lodge fell at edge of parking lot, walking to the van the group from her home Lodge. paramedics were called and transported her to local hospital. The next day her husband transported her back to her home area where she received further medical attention. She ultimately was diagnosed with a broken ankle and had surgery. She was released from the hospital and recovery is going well as of last contact with her or her Lodge. |

Immediately after 2 accidents requiring first aid supplies, the first aid kits were inventoried, deficiencies noted and kits have been restored to full capacity. |
