Let's promote what our Florida Elks are doing to support your community
On Nov. 22 and Nov. 25, Gainesville Lodge #990 used its Elks National Foundation Beacon Grant to provide turkeys to local residents for Thanksgiving. Nine turkeys were delivered to Glen Springs Elementary to distribute to families in need. An additional 26 turkeys were provided to One More Child, an organization which supports foster families, and 24 turkeys were delivered to the VA for local veterans.
