Fort Walton Elks Lodge hosted its annual children's Christmas party Dec. 21. Secretary Jamie Clemons has overseen this operation for many years. The community is invited, and those who may have fallen on hard times have been able to join the event. Many members have participated with their children. The lodge spent $1,000 for the event, and everyone was given gifts and a visit with Santa and Mrs. Claus.
