Jupiter Elks Lodge #2469 held its annual Flag Day ceremony and summer barbecue June 14. Highlights included a flag ceremony, car and bike show, live music, family games, and participation from local first responders and the 16th Reenactment Group, who presented the lodge with a commemorative plaque. The lodge was especially honored to celebrate the 101st birthday of special guest Alfred “Al” Haworth, pictured, a World War II veteran who served in the U.S. Army Air Corps from April 1943 to December 1945.
