West Palm Beach Elks Lodge members and Elks Riders adopted 65 children for this year’s Back to Basics program, which sponsors more than 10,600 children across elementary schools in Palm Beach County. On Nov. 29, members delivered sneakers, underwear, socks and a toy for each child.
