More than 90 members attended Sarasota South Elks Lodge PER Association’s Christmas-in-July event July 19 and enjoyed dinner and entertainment. The Past Exalted Rulers raffled gift cards for area restaurants, an electric three-wheeler and a gift basket. Ken Wanavich’s music had many on the dance floor. After raising $4,000, the PERs plan to distribute $1,000 toward this year’s children’s Christmas party.
