On Jan. 21, Cape Coral Elks Lodge #2596 used its $1,000 Elks National Foundation Gratitude Grant to purchase bus passes for veterans in need of transportation to and from their medical appointments. The voluntary assistance department of Lee County will dispense the passes to veterans in their system who are in need of assistance.
