On Jan. 31, Lakewood Ranch-Sarasota Lodge member Kathy Suter donated $650 to EFELT (Elks Feeding Empty Little Tummies). Their mission is to provide weekend meals and snacks to children who may be homeless or who live in a food-insecure living situation. Through her efforts, along with Cruise Planners, she obtained a $50 rebate per cabin for those who went on her annual Elks cruise.
